- Answering telephone and written inquiries on tenancy law and financial topics
- Processing rental contract transactions from contract creation to reference interest rate adjustments
- Ensuring accounts payable accounting in connection with property rents
- Responsibility for the entire accounts receivable management in the rental sector
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for property accounting
Your Profile
- Person with an empathetic and appreciative attitude towards people in difficult life situations
- Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further education in property management or accounting
- Experience in property accounting as well as in tenancy law topics from contract management to dunning and terminations
- Open, proactive and communicative personality who enjoys independent work within a team
- Knowledge of social welfare law ideally rounds off your profile
