• Training as a retail specialist EFZ or considerable practical experience and product knowledge in the technology sector. Visible in your profile.
• An open ear for our customers in Basel. That’s necessary.

Transa Backpacking AG has been the competence center for high-quality travel and outdoor equipment for over 45 years. The guiding principle «Get out. But right.» is lived by around 500 employees. We are organized in circles and use the patterns of Sociocracy 3.0 – this ensures employees are deployed according to their skills. In the branches Zurich, Basel, Bern, Lausanne, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Vevey, and Winterthur, the two outlet branches, as well as the station store Yosemite in Zermatt, there are over 42,000 products from around 550 brands. Should products ever get damaged, we take care of them in the repair workshop in Zurich Altstetten.
