Sheet Metal Specialist - Manual Operations

Your tasks

• Perform manual mechanical processing of various complex engine parts with high attention to detail
• Independently manage time-sensitive tasks and conduct post-work inspections to ensure top-quality results
• Execute riveting, helicoil installations, and mount new bushings to exact specifications
• Carry out essential sheet metal work, replace nuts and bolts, and handle assembly and disassembly of engine components
• Conduct pressure testing on tubes, hoses, and ducts to ensure their integrity and performance
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure all reworked parts comply with regulatory standards
• Focus on balancing time, cost, and quality to achieve optimal results in every task
• Maximize productivity by ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining a high level of output
• Maintain strict adherence to industry standards, practices, and processes
• Contribute to the ongoing development of shop processes to improve quality, safety, and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations
• Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Working in a two-shift system

Your Profile

• Technical apprenticeship as a sheet metal worker or metalworker
• Ability to work autonomously and with great accuracy
• High reliability and attention to detail
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Germanskills B1+
• Basic IT knowledge
