Summary
~Leads the implementation of a sustainable patient access strategy at the local level (CPO). Collects and analyzes data to generate insights for patient access submissions that jointly create added value for customers, patients, and Novartis.
About the Role
Major Accountabilities
~ Leads projects for the submission of Patient Access Dossiers to regulatory authorities
applying an excellent operational standard
~ Provides early relevant input for local product development decisions.
~ Offers analytical justifications for business cases.
~ Maintains and updates all relevant P&R tools and systems.
~ Creates insightful reports that transform the results of the analysis of relevant data on Novartis' and competitor products' pricing and reimbursement strategy into effective business recommendations.
~ Builds strong networks and relationships with key customers, key opinion leaders, and individual and institutional decision-makers and uses them to optimize the positioning and messaging of Novartis products and the joint creation of value propositions with
customers.
~ Provides local input for both global and local pricing.
~ Adapts Global Healthcare Economics models to accurately reflect local environments.

Work Experience
~Experience in creating reimbursement dossiers
