Your Tasks
As the daily person in charge, you support and accompany the team through the workday and demonstrate your organizational skills. In addition, you maintain contact with relatives, trusted persons, and other interfaces. In direct care, you take responsibility for professional care and support of our residents. With your modern understanding of care and your high social competence, you help to shape care processes in the long term. You handle different and complex situations professionally, with an empathetic and appreciative approach being important to you. You organize your area of expertise independently and apply professional and internal standards, concepts, and guidelines. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and accompanying and promoting employees.
Thanks to our night shift staff, you do not have to take night shifts.
As the RAI responsible person, you take responsibility for the proper application of the interRAI LTCF instrument and ensure that all codings are correct and comprehensible. With your commitment, you ensure that the interRAI assessments are not only professionally sound but also play a key role in our company's success. You monitor the RAI-specific and medical quality indicators, analyze them with your expertise, and report to the appropriate authorities. You are the contact person for health insurance companies and responsible for audits.

Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Training as RAI expert or supervisor
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Resilience and flexibility
