For our BMG Clinical Trial Unit (CTU) we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a

Registered Nurse (40–60%) – Focus Headache & Multiple Sclerosis
including option to complete an MSc part-time

The Clinical Trial Unit (CTU) is the research and study center of the Bellevue Medical Group and is integrated into neurological care as well as the BMG network.
The main focus is on migraine/headache as well as multiple sclerosis and neuroimmunological diseases.

• Planning, organization and execution of study visits (outpatient and day clinic) in headache and MS studies
• Coordination of screening, recruitment and follow-up in collaboration with medical teams and study partners
• Study-related nursing activities: vital signs, blood sampling, sample handling, preparation/assistance according to study protocol
• Conducting and documenting study-specific assessments (e.g. questionnaires/PROs, diaries, clinical scores)
• Safety management according to GCP including recording/documentation of (S)AEs and follow-up
• Data and documentation work: source documentation, ISF/study folder, eCRF entries, query management
• Interface work (including diagnostics/imaging) and appointment/resource coordination within the BMG network
• Preparation and support of monitorings, audits and inspections
• Participation in quality processes as well as study-related evaluations/presentations (after training)

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc) or certified nurse HF; professional practice license Switzerland advantageous
• Interest in clinical research and neurology (headache/migraine, MS/neuroimmunology)
• Experience as study nurse/clinical research nurse or in a study environment advantageous
• GCP knowledge (certificate advantageous; otherwise willingness to qualify promptly)
• Very high accuracy in documentation and data quality; structured, independent working style
• Very good German, good English (study-specific documents and communication)
• Team player, reliable, patient-oriented; predictable flexibility for visit windows

• Work in a specialized CTU within the Bellevue Medical Group
• Varied activity across the entire spectrum of clinical studies (interventional and non-interventional) with focus on headache and MS
• Structured onboarding and training opportunities (including GCP/study processes)
• Option to complete an MSc part-time alongside the workload (in coordination with study planning and unit needs)
• Regular working hours (Mon–Fri, daytime)
