During the 4-year basic vocational training, you will be trained in various areas of event technology and will learn the most important skills in inter-company courses and in school education at TBZ Zurich. In the practical field of activity, you will also be physically challenged and have irregular shifts at all times of the day as well as on weekends.Your Tasks
- Training in the areas of stage technology, lighting technology, sound technology, and video technology
- Learning and implementing safety standards in event technology
- Planning and coordinating processes during events
- Material management and administration
- Use of special effects as well as conference and event technology
Your Profile
- Secondary school diploma with good grades in mathematics
- English and computer skills are an advantage
- Good physical condition, resilience, and reliability
- Ability to work respectfully in a team, with guests and customers
- Open and approachable manner when dealing with people of different cultures and nationalities
