Electrical Site Manager
To strengthen our teams in Plan-les-Ouates, we are immediately or by agreement looking for a 100% electrical site manager. In this role, you will perform the following tasks:
Your missions
- Management of construction sites and assigned employees (installers, assistant installers, apprentices)
- Coordination and planning of interventions in collaboration with other stakeholders
- Meetings with clients, architects, and electrical planners
- Preparation and execution of assignments
- Organization of tools and assembly aids
- Preparation of reports: site diary, work reports, entry of additional requests, weekly reports, deviation notifications
- Control of assembly documents
- Monitoring deadlines/organization of construction sites
- Compliance with mandatory directives issued by professional associations and authorities
- Compliance with safety regulations (including quality management and internal directives
- Monitoring and professional training of apprentices
- Site tidying, including proper waste disposal
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrician supplemented by site manager training or equivalent diploma
- Several years of experience as a site manager with team supervision
- Fluent French
- Rigorous, responsible personality who fosters a good team atmosphere
