Your tasks
- You search for and procure suitable parking spaces for new Mobility locations in predefined areas.
- You maintain relationships with important parking space landlords
- You document your results in the systems and manage rental contracts, payment processes, and parking signage
- You support process and system developments as well as projects and other initiatives
What you bring with you
- You are passionate about operational purchasing and the procurement of services and spaces - ideally you already have experience in the real estate industry
- You communicate clearly and professionally with internal specialists as well as external partners such as parking space landlords and service providers
- You appreciate independent work and team exchange and enjoy actively participating in the further development of tasks and processes
- You have a completed commercial education or a higher qualification and speak fluent German, ideally also French
