In our young, dynamic OTC Derivatives Operations team, we are six specialists who passionately ensure the lifecycle management of over-the-counter derivatives. We are looking for reinforcement for our OTC Derivatives Operations team. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are passionate about the settlement of derivatives, then you are exactly right with us!
Your tasks
- Checking and booking over-the-counter traded derivative transactions in our securities settlement system, including foreign exchange/precious metal options, interest rate derivatives, credit derivatives, OTC equity options, as well as structured derivatives that have been bilaterally concluded with our clients
- Taking responsibility for the daily control of individual transaction contracts of traded OTC derivatives with external counterparties
- Controlling the valuations of delivered OTC positions in the triOptima system • Clarifying reported cash flow differences from the OTC lifecycle as well as position management differences with the responsible trading units
- In case of systemic or regulatory adjustments, you look forward to applying your talents through project work outside of daily business to optimize existing workflows and ensure reporting compliance
- Acting as a professional contact person for our traders, asset managers, and client advisors and maintaining contact with custodians and third-party banks domestically and abroad
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or high school diploma
- Proven professional experience in the banking environment, practical experience in securities or trading environment is an advantage
- You are a proven team player and bring a high level of commitment and self-motivation
- You feel at home in a world with automated processes and are interested in actively participating in system and process changes
- You have a quick grasp to analyze and advance complex topics thoroughly and enjoy constantly learning new things and continuously developing yourself
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least level B2) complete your profile
