- Do you want to put your administrative and organizational skills at the service of a field essential for the future of young people and adults? Joining the SFPO management means directly contributing to an important public mission. At the heart of a dynamic and committed environment, you participate in the strategic operation of the SFPO.
As an executive assistant, you play a central role within the SFPO. A true partner of the head of service, you actively contribute to the proper organization and functioning of the service and its five offices. You ensure the professional management of the head of service's agenda, monitor deadlines, and guarantee the administrative follow-up of the strategic files of the management.
Thanks to your excellent writing skills, you take charge of preparing and formatting letters, notes, reports, and other official documents. You also organize various meetings and write the minutes with rigor and precision.
Endowed with a keen sense of organization, you independently manage certain files and ensure deadlines are met for tasks assigned to various internal and external partners. Your ability to anticipate, coordinate, and prioritize is an essential asset to effectively support the management.
Your interest in the fields of training and guidance is also reflected in the supervision and training of a commercial apprentice, thus contributing to the development of future skills.
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification, you have completed your training with a professional maturity or higher education as an executive assistant, ideally crowned by a federal certificate. You demonstrate a genuine interest in the fields of training and guidance and have proven experience in an executive assistant role.
Proactive, versatile, and agile, you stand out for excellent organizational and writing skills. Your sense of priorities, rigor, and ability to work independently allow you to manage varied files efficiently and reliably.
Comfortable with common digital tools, you master modern office environments and are capable of quickly adopting new tools or processes.
Your interpersonal skills and sense of service complete a profile oriented towards collaboration and support to management.
