As a member of our Customer Success Management team, you are responsible for the satisfaction of our customers. You professionally, responsibly, and with excellent communication skills take care of the operational concerns during the contract period and act as the link to the internal service departments.Your area of responsibility
- Monitoring and active management of service delivery for customers within the scope of Datacenter Services according to Service Level Agreements
- Main contact person for customer concerns and escalations
- Customer care and building strong relationships with a long-term strategy and planning
- Coordination of complaint management and ensuring an adequate and timely response and communication
- Ensuring compliance with and optimization of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and operational standards
- Conducting regular service reviews with customers and internal teams
- Analysis, evaluation, and preparation of data for KPI reporting
- Support in the implementation of new services and scaling strategies for large customers
Your skills
- Completed training or degree in business, computer science, engineering
- Several years of experience in customer service, account management, or service delivery (preferably in the IT, cloud, or datacenter industry)
- Understanding of large customer environments & technical infrastructure
- Experience with SLAs, ITIL processes & service management tools
- Strong customer orientation & strong stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills & assertiveness at all levels
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- High resilience & flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Impeccable reputation (debt collection and criminal record extract)
- Very good German skills and fluent English skills (you will often communicate in English)
