Senior Legal Consultant 80-100%

As part of our succession planning, we are looking for a
Senior Legal Consultant (80% - 100%) for the Legal business unit

• Legal advice in the field of asset management and investment organization of pension funds, insurance companies, and foundations
• Independent handling and negotiation of contracts with financial service providers, drafting of regulations, etc.
• Handling complex financial market topics in interdisciplinary teams
• Continuous monitoring of the legal framework conditions in legislation and case law
• Ensuring compliance with and further development of internal processes

We are looking for an experienced lawyer who is committed with great dedication to the interests of investors.

• Master's degree in law from a Swiss university; bar admission optional
• At least 5 – 8 years of Swiss professional experience in the field of financial market and occupational pension law as well as several years of experience in contract law, Swiss and European financial market regulation, and legal assessment of financial instruments
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, negotiation skills, strong advisory abilities, talented at conveying complex matters appropriately for the target audience and in clear language
• Excellent German skills and very good English skills (spoken and written), French skills are an advantage

In addition, you enjoy taking responsibility and perform your tasks with great reliability. You have the ability to persistently pursue projects over a longer period and successfully complete them.

In an initial phase, we will show you the internal processes as well as the most important tools in our daily work. You will deepen your knowledge of the peculiarities of legal advice in the field of asset management and investment organization of pension funds, insurance companies, and foundations. Subsequently, you will take over the leadership in this key position, further develop and shape the area.
