Energy Systems Project Manager (80–100%)

To complete our team at the Sierre (VS) or Yverdon (VD) site, we are looking for you, a motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic candidate. 

A training period of about 6 months at our Sierre branch awaits you, after which, at your convenience, you can work at our Yverdon branch.

Tasks

· Design, size, and estimate innovative energy systems for buildings, especially those integrating solar collectors alone or in combination with heat pumps.

· Develop plans and technical diagrams.

· Manage the installation of solar collectors and commissioning of systems, leading internal staff or subcontractors, while respecting quality, schedule, and project costs.

· Document projects (revision files, etc.).

· Ensure monitoring and analysis of installations in operation.

· Support the After-Sales Service for topics requiring in-depth technical expertise.

Profile sought

· Engineer, heating designer, or equivalent training in the field of energy technology or building technology.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and MS Office.

· Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.

· Serious, committed, mature, solution-oriented, autonomous, and proactive person.

· Experienced in construction site environments, able to maintain good relations with other trades and represent the company during site meetings.

Will be an asset:

· Communication skills in a second language. Minimum requirement: English; German is highly appreciated.

· Professional experience in the field.

· Knowledge of Revit software.
