Our production kitchen in Willigen is the culinary center for all locations of the Michel Group. With fresh, seasonal ingredients, modern cook-&-chill production, and high quality standards, we create balanced meals daily for patients, guests, and employees. Our kitchen combines enjoyment, health, and hospitality – professionally, consciously, and with passion.

To complement our management team, we are additionally looking for a personality who brings leadership experience and administrative strengths.

Your tasks

• Production of fresh, healthy, and varied dishes in the cook-&-chill process
• Active participation in the production kitchen for multiple locations
• Co-responsibility for efficient, safe, and high-quality processes
• Ensuring compliance with applicable hygiene, quality, and safety standards
• Depending on experience: Support of the management team in organizational matters – in addition to work in the kitchen

Our expectations

• Completed training as a chef/cook EFZ
• Experience in large-scale or production kitchens, ideally in healthcare
• Enjoyment of fresh, healthy cuisine and structured processes
• Resilient, reliable, and team-oriented working style
• Leadership experience with office flair is welcome
