Tasks
- Organize the annual collection of around 20,000 tons of crops.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for about 30,000 tons of products.
- Analyze batches upon reception and loading for quality assurance.
Skills
- Experience as a silo driver, miller, or in the agri-food sector.
- Knowledge of Swiss agriculture and major crops is essential.
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills are required.

About the job
- Organize the annual collection of approximately 20,000 tons
- Ensure proper storage of approximately 30,000 tons
- Analyze batches upon receipt and loading
- Operate reception, drying, and loading facilities
- Perform maintenance and upkeep of premises and facilities according to BPCC
- Ensure inventory of stocks and product traceability
- Participate in administrative tasks related to harvests.
- Training as a silo operator, miller, or experience in the agri-food sector
- Knowledge of the Swiss agricultural environment and major crops
- Experience in a grain silo or mill
- Comfortable with computer tools
- Good interpersonal skills and good stress resistance
- Flexible, autonomous, and organized
- Able to work within a small team and lead employees
- Willing to work occasionally on weekends and evenings during harvests.
