• You manage and develop your own customer portfolio focusing on self-employed individuals, SMEs, and selected private clients
• You competently accompany customers in the areas of numbers, investing, financing, and retirement planning
• You support your clients throughout their life cycle and assist them in all phases of their business
• You are not just a financial expert for your clients, but a trusted partner who builds and maintains long-term relationships
• With your colleagues and other specialists, you work closely together to create individual solutions

• You have several years of professional experience in banking, ideally in business client support and financing
• You enjoy and are skilled in dealing with demanding customers
• You are rooted in the Interlaken region and well-networked
• You possess good communication and presentation skills and appreciate an open feedback culture
• You are an engaged personality who likes to take initiatives, thinks entrepreneurially, and is always curious
