These are our requirements…
· Flawless Swiss German spoken and written
· First experience in customer consulting is an advantage
· Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
· Initiative, result- and solution-oriented, "can-do mentality"
· Good knowledge of MS Office, communication tools (telephony), customer databases (CRM)
· Reliable, punctual, and friendly
