Job description

The mission:

Within a warm and dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate under the responsibility of the qualified animation team in charge of individual and group activities. You will actively participate in the daily life of the day care center, as well as in the socio-health support of the beneficiaries.

Main tasks:

• Collaborate in the socio-health support of beneficiaries;
• Ensure daily living activities for the comfort and safety of beneficiaries;
• Provide basic care to beneficiaries by supporting hygiene and body care;
• Take part in the implementation of animation projects;
• Participate in the evaluation of services and activities of beneficiaries.

Profile sought

Your profile:

• Training as a health assistant would be an asset;
• Experience in gerontology and/or psychogeriatrics desired;
• Experience with the Geneva socio-health network, with an interest in seniors desired.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Sense of responsibility and ability to demonstrate commitment;
• Team spirit and sense of cooperation;
• Sense of priorities;
• Excellent listening, communication, and adaptability skills;
• Good command of spoken and written French;
• Good command of common computer tools (MS Office).
