To strengthen our team in the Cashier/Customer Service area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Cashier/Customer Service Employee, 40% for the pre-Christmas period starting 01.12.2025, limited until 31.12.2025, at the Wohlen AG location.

Your responsibilities

You take care of customer concerns and complaints and quickly and confidently develop solutions.
You are an expert for our Manor World Mastercard and our loyalty programs.
You ensure a smooth process at the checkout and offer a professional check-out service.
You provide our customers with a warm welcome and actively approach them.
You are responsible for processing and handling customer orders as well as recruiting for our Manor Mastercard.
You contribute to a stylish shopping atmosphere.
You assist the sales team when needed and are available to our customers for department-specific information and advice.
You perform general administrative tasks in the back office.

Your profile

You ideally already have some experience at the checkout.
You have a very good flair for numbers and are confident in handling various payment methods.
You enjoy cashier work and have a feel for our demanding customers.
You have a high level of commitment, are dedicated and motivated.
You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and remain calm and composed in hectic situations.
You have a positive appearance and a neat demeanor.
You speak fluent German.
You are available for shifts from Monday to Saturday (according to the schedule) as well as for Sunday sales during the specified period.
