As part of this mission, you manage the packaging of potatoes, handling, cleaning, as well as machine operations. You ensure that customer orders are correctly executed respecting deadlines, costs, and quality. You ensure product traceability, perform regular quality checks, and apply safety and hygiene rules. Finally, you master the settings of packaging machines and replace sector managers in their absence.
You hold a qualification in an industrial field, a valued asset for this position. Ideally, you have initial experience as a production operator and know how a production line works. A forklift license is also an advantage. As a rigorous, flexible, and trustworthy person, you demonstrate proactivity and know how to manage stress and unforeseen events. You master French orally and in writing, are comfortable with common IT tools, and are available to work variable hours from Monday to Saturday.
Inoverde markets vegetables and fruits from more than 1,000 Swiss agricultural companies to consumers. The key competencies are crop planning, product handling, storage, and packaging.
