Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company that offers private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as mediates specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a conscientious FAGE, HF, DNII, AKP or Psych.-AKP with experience in caring for people with disabilities.

• Ensuring professional nursing and medical care of the residents
• Conducting regular control rounds during the night
• Organization and management of medications and nursing materials
• Recognizing emergency situations and independently initiating appropriate measures
• Consistently adhering to quality, safety, and hygiene standards

• Completed training in the nursing field (FaGe, HF, DN II, AKP or Psych.-AKP)
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in night shifts
• High psychological resilience as well as an independent and responsible way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to be deployed across locations
• Joy and empathy in dealing with people with cognitive and multiple disabilities
• Calmness and confidence in action – even in emergency and crisis situations
