Summary
About the Role
Main Responsibilities
· Participation in the manufacturing processes
· Timely and error-free review of batch documentation (part of production)
· Proper and timely cleaning, preparation, and disinfection of production facilities and areas
· Compliance with and enforcement of health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations (HSE)
· Sampling, aliquoting, distribution, and conducting process-related controls
· In case of incidents, take immediate action, report irregularities to managers; experts and operational quality assurance
· Execution of all assigned activities in accordance with GMP, occupational safety, and environmental guidelines
· Ensuring/monitoring proper functionality of the facilities to detect early signs of anomalies. Take appropriate action in case of incidents
· Excellent documentation of measures, in accordance with GMP regulations
· Work on weekends/holidays and have planned on-call duty (shift system).
Minimum Requirements
· Completed training as a chemical and pharmaceutical technician or equivalent experience
· Experience (preferably) in the fields of chemistry/food/pharmaceuticals/biotechnology/asceptic manufacturing or development
· Knowledge of technology and/or processes/products
· Team player with good team spirit
· Adaptability, ability to work under pressure
· High sense of duty and diligence (documentation, order, and cleanliness at the workplace)
· Constructive working style, flexibility, solution-oriented, responsibility for own work, deep understanding of quality
· Self-motivation and ability to learn
· Fine motor skills (handling analytical devices, microscopy, aliquoting)
· Good understanding of GMP
· Good knowledge of MS Office and process control systems
· Basic technical understanding/automation
