About the job
Work in an exciting environment and actively shape the file management and archiving of FINMA.
Main tasks
- Responsibility for efficient file management and archiving including quality assurance
- Planning, organizing and conducting training and information sessions
- Maintenance and further development of the filing system as well as FINMA's file management guidelines
- Support of the specialist departments with questions regarding file management, storage and filing
- Collaboration in the lending of physical and electronic files at the Federal Archives (BAR)
- Participation in the daily business of incoming and outgoing mail
- Support of the specialist departments with questions regarding file management, storage and filing
Profile
- Sound knowledge in information management as well as experience in training and clearly conveying complex content
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification; at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Careful, structured and reliable way of working; open and communicative manner
- Good German (C2) and French skills (B2) spoken and written
- Experience in cooperation with the Federal Archives is an advantage
