Your new job

• Independently handling various business cases in the products e-Tax statement Switzerland, foreign tax reporting, and tax reclaim
• Supporting customer advisors with questions about tax products and acting as a contact person for tax authorities
• Participating in mass mailings of tax reports and processing individual orders
• Monitoring the quality processing of refunds by outsourcing partners
• Contributing to the continuous optimization of processes

What we benefit from

• Commercial training and practical experience in taxes, fiduciary, or banking
• Knowledge of Swiss tax law (private individuals) and double taxation agreements with Switzerland
• Independent and precise working style combined with a flair for numbers
• Confident German, additional foreign languages are an advantage (contact with foreign authorities and customers)
