Your tasks
- You lead and coordinate the hospitality team.
- You ensure the high quality standards in housekeeping.
- You plan and organize the daily workflows.
- You assist in recruiting new employees.
- You lead/coach employees operationally, professionally, and personally.
- You train new employees.
- You assist in the training of apprentices.
- You are responsible for compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- You actively contribute to the further development of processes and standards.
- You communicate with other departments and support interdisciplinary projects.
- You deputize for the department management during vacation absences.
Your profile
- You have training in hospitality/housekeeping (secondary or tertiary level) and several years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership position.
- You have the ability to lead, motivate a team, and create a positive working atmosphere.
- You can make well-founded decisions concerning the team and workflows.
- You are an organizational talent and characterized by an independent and structured way of working.
- Social skills and empathy in dealing with employees and residents are important to you.
- You communicate fluently in German.
- You are willing to work on weekends or public holidays.
