cereneo Prevention is an innovative health, hotel, and restaurant concept in Vitznau, Switzerland – nestled in the breathtaking landscape of Lake Lucerne at the foot of the Rigi. This novel facility will open in 2026 and focuses on personalized preventive medicine. It offers unique experiences aimed at improving lifestyle and optimizing brain health.

Using state-of-the-art diagnostics and innovative technologies, we develop a personalized prevention program together with our guests that supports them in sustainably improving their habits in nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and recovery to minimize the risk of neurological and cardiovascular diseases.

• Shift work without room hours: production and execution of breakfast, lunch, and dinner services - co-creation and implementation of innovative and health-promoting menus
• Professional leadership of a station according to supervisor's instructions
• Participation and co-creation of daily kitchen briefings
• Ensuring and monitoring compliance with internal company standards
• Co-responsibility for goods receipt, inspection, storage, and mise en place
• Clean and hygienic work according to specifications
• Efficient use of resources and active promotion of synergies within the team

• Completed training as a cook
• At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Strong interest in healthy, balanced, and sustainable nutrition
• Openness to modern technologies and interest in AI-supported recipe ideas
• Enjoyment of direct contact with guests in an open kitchen
• Entrepreneurial thinking and conscious use of resources
• Efficient self- and time management through clear prioritization, reliable and punctual work style
• Enjoyment of collaboration, open communication, and active contribution to a positive working atmosphere
• Structured planning and coordination of processes, even in demanding situations
