Specialist Anaesthetist with Leadership Responsibility (Deputy Medical Director)

• You independently conduct anaesthesia in the outpatient setting
• You care for your patients pre-, intra-, and postoperatively
• You take responsibility within the team and actively help develop it
• You are the contact person for our local partners and ensure smooth collaboration
• You represent the medical management and help shape processes and standards

• Specialist title in Anaesthesiology (FMH or equivalent)
• Solid clinical experience and eagerness to take on responsibility
• Interest in leadership, whether you already have experience or want to grow into it
• Enjoyment of variety and different places of work
• Clear communication, reliability, and a professional demeanour

• No night, weekend, or public holiday shifts
