To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for an internal car expert.

The various tasks awaiting you:

• Manage remote assessments, including processing photos and invoices
• Organize the distribution of assessments entrusted to independent experts
• Prepare and verify quotes as well as invoices for vehicle repairs
• Handle claims rationally, in accordance with current guidelines
• Evaluate the value of vehicles before concluding insurance contracts
• Examine the plausibility of exceptional claims in the technical field and write detailed reports
• Ensure the management of approved repairers

Your profile:

• You hold a federal certificate as a bodywork technician or mechanic.
• You have several years of professional experience in the vehicle or car expertise field.
• Your native language is French; good knowledge of German is a major asset.
• You work independently, know how to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate good stress resistance.
• Motivated and committed, you have good interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team, and collaborating with different partners.
• You are proficient with computer tools.
