The LANDI Goldach-Mörschwil Cooperative is a lively and successful trading and service company at three different locations, employing around 45 customer-oriented employees. We are active in the areas of agricultural trade, AGROLA heating and fuels, as well as retail.
To complement our team at the LANDI store Mörschwil, we are looking for an open-minded, proactive, and team-oriented personality by arrangement as
Store Manager LANDI
The following tasks are part of your responsibilities:
- Professional advice and support of our customers as well as promotion of sales
- Taking on leadership, organizational, and planning tasks
- Goods receipt, goods disposition, and ensuring optimal product presentation in the LANDI store
- Ensuring the administrative processes and tasks that arise
- Adhering to prescribed order and cleanliness and being jointly responsible for the appearance of the location
Your profile:
- Training in sales, LANDI sales experience is desirable
- Experience in sales and consulting
- Knowledge of agricultural products is an advantage
- You like to get involved and are physically fit
- Customer-oriented and friendly mindset
- Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality
- Independent and precise working style, resilient, flexible, and orderly
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
