Quality, organisation and customer contact are in your blood? As a Property Manager: Cleaning at ISS, you take responsibility for our cleaning services on site. You lead your teams with commitment, optimise processes and ensure that customer requirements are met professionally and on time. You always keep quality, employees and customer satisfaction in mind.

What awaits you

• Ensuring cleaning quality according to the service specification as well as carrying out regular quality checks
• Planning, organising and coordinating daily cleaning tasks including personnel deployment planning
• Leading, training and further developing the cleaning teams
• Responsibility for material management, orders as well as maintenance of machines and equipment
• Coordination of special and basic cleaning as well as management and control of external service providers
• Contact person for customers and internal stakeholders as well as handling tickets and supporting the Facility Services Manager in daily operations

What you bring with you

• Completed basic training, ideally in cleaning, housekeeping or facility management
• Professional experience in building cleaning as well as in a coordinating or leadership role
• Further training as a property manager or specialist in cleaning and hygiene is an advantage
• Good knowledge of occupational safety, hygiene regulations and quality management
• Experience in handling cleaning machines, cleaning agents and modern cleaning technology
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, CAFM systems and ticketing tools) as well as confident German language skills in spoken and written form
