Retail Specialist EFZ Automotive (m/f/d), 100%
Your task:
In this role, you take on the responsibility as a salesperson and advisor for spare parts and accessories. You recognize the needs of our internal and external customers and fulfill them with market-appropriate, customer-oriented, and economical solutions. Existing processes are continuously analyzed by you, and ideas for further development and optimization are contributed. Furthermore, you are responsible for inventory management and procurement of spare parts and ensure sustainably high customer satisfaction with flawless parts supply.
