Work location: Monthey Activity rate: 80-100% Start date: Immediately or to be agreed Department: Facility Services Management

Your tasks

• Ensure the installation, maintenance, and repair of the technical installations of buildings (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, etc.).
• Carry out outdoor maintenance work (surfaces, green spaces, snow removal).
• Provide daily technical support to clients (ticket management via Planon).
• Manage client requests and complaints independently and professionally.
• Perform various administrative tasks and write necessary reports.
• Participate in on-call service.

• Proven experience in technical concierge services or building maintenance (sanitary, heating, ventilation, etc.).
• Degree in a technical field is essential.
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office).
• Versatile, rigorous, autonomous person with a strong sense of service.
• Ability to manage priorities, work in a team, and adapt to unforeseen events.
• Very good command of French, both written and spoken.
• Category B driving license required.
• Demonstrated reliability: criminal record extract and certificate from the Office of Debt Collection required.
