- General maintenance work in and around the building, such as lighting, cleaning, lawn mowing, seasonal clearing work, etc.
- Maintenance of facilities (heating, ventilation, coffee machines, water dispensers, etc.)
- Independent execution of minor repair and maintenance work
- Contact person for external service providers for maintenance, repair, and upkeep work
- Maintenance of the four pool vehicles
- Completed vocational training or several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Craftsmanship and enjoyment of practical work
- Physically fit
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- PC user knowledge
- Discreet and reliable working style
- Driver's license category B
