Our client is a renowned company in the rail industry specialising in the dismantling and assembly of train components. We are looking for several motivated specialists to support a major project near Zurich station.

Locksmith or Mechanic 100%

Your area of responsibility

• Dismantling of train doors, covers, attachments and drives in compliance with safety regulations
• Replacement of various components on trains to ensure functionality and safety
• Modification and installation of components according to technical requirements
• Performing emergency releases, operating emergency switches and locks as needed
• Final inspection of completed work and performing bonding to ensure flawless quality
• Documentation of performed activities in protocols for traceability and quality control

Your profile

• Completed training as a locksmith or mechanic or at least 3-5 years of experience in these fields
• Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the team and fulfil assigned tasks
• Precision and accuracy in performing work to ensure the safety and functionality of trains
• Performance orientation and ability to deliver high-quality results under time pressure
• Knowledge of applicable safety and quality standards
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and take on responsibility
