The Bruggwiesen Retirement and Nursing Center in Effretikon offers a home to around 165 people in the third and fourth phases of life. We accompany and support the residents with respect for their individuality, life experience, and abilities. Our modern center and the external residential group provide space for different living arrangements and various specialized care and support services. In total, we employ around 270 staff members.

In this exciting job
- You lead the external care residential group with high personal and organizational responsibility and ensure professional operation
- You actively develop the external care residential group further, as it is being expanded from 8 to 12 residents
- You ensure high-quality care and support of the residents, involving relatives and reference persons
- You take on the tasks as daily responsibility and reference person for care
- You actively plan team meetings and participate in various internal meetings
- You conduct care reports and professional care discussions
- You actively maintain contact with institutions and professionals in the region (general practitioners, home care services, specialist offices, and others)
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a certified nurse and corresponding advanced leadership training
- Several years of practical experience, preferably in long-term care and geriatrics
- Good BESA knowledge
- High flexibility
- Good oral and written German skills, understanding of dialect
- Good manners, high commitment, flexibility, as well as good work and self-organization
