• Technical (further) development and maintenance of the Pro Juventute online platforms and web apps (full stack) including interfaces, DNS & domain management, hosting & server access, shell
• Responsibility for consistent web appearance, accessibility, SEO, data protection (consent management) and legal aspects (imprint, privacy policy)
• Market observation as well as identifying and utilizing optimization potential (including release notes)
• Leading external development and hosting partners as single point of contact
• Developing technical solutions in collaboration with UX designer and PO in the same team and the program managers for new programs and services
• Web security (hardening, deployment locations, pipelines, CVEs)
• Systematic selection and evaluation of technical solutions and architectures
• Enabling and supporting colleagues in the use of the CMS

• Degree (FH, university, ETH) in computer science, engineering, business informatics or similar
• Further education in software development or engineering, content management
• Several years of experience in developing web solutions
• Solid knowledge of common online technologies, content management systems (Strapi, Drupal, Wordpress) and relevant surrounding systems (e.g. Google Search Console)
• Solid knowledge in modern libraries/frameworks (React, Next, Node, Python)
• Solid knowledge in cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure), versioning, containers and deployment pipelines
• German and English spoken and written, French is an advantage
• Independent, structured and analytical personality with a high service orientation and joy in new, innovative solution approaches
