Your Mission
As a Senior SEA Consultant, you independently manage client projects and develop thoughtful, data-driven SEA strategies. You are the primary contact for your clients, developing campaigns from planning to scaling and analyzing performance not just superficially, but holistically. You plan, manage, and optimize campaigns independently and make data-driven decisions about budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling options.
Strategic Vision
You develop long-term SEA strategies for renowned clients such as blue, marketing.ch, MOTOREX, hosttech, or zhaw.

You are deeply involved in tracking: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics & Co. are part of your daily business. Data-driven decisions are your basis for smart bidding strategies.
Exchange on Equal Terms

Your Profile
At least 3 years of experience in the SEA and performance marketing environment
Very good knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
Solid know-how in tracking, Google Tag Manager, and data analysis
Entrepreneurial thinking: You take a proactive approach, take responsibility, and think long-term
Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding
Confident appearance in client contact, ability to explain complex issues simply
Very good German skills (spoken and written), English is an advantage
Agency experience is a plus
