Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the medical care and rehabilitation of patients with neurological diseases, especially in the area of ventilation
- Professional management of a multiprofessional team of doctors, nursing staff, and therapists
- Implementation of diagnostic measures and creation of therapy plans
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist departments and external institutions
- Supervision and training of assistant doctors and nursing staff
- Participation in internal and external training events as well as quality management processes
Your Profile
- Specialist training in neurology
- Additional training in intensive care medicine is desirable but not a requirement
- Additional qualification in the field of ventilation medicine is desirable
- Experience in neurological rehabilitation and dealing with patients requiring intensive care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High social competence and empathy in dealing with patients and their relatives
