Childcare Educator ES/HES, Socio-educational Assistant CFC or childcare auxiliaries to cover replacements (reference 25.1 / BER)
Replacements are planned in the following structures:
At the UAPE of Bercher, at the UAPE of Villars-le-Terroir, at the UAPE of Essertines-sur-Yverdon, each with a capacity of 60 places, as well as at the UAPE of Pailly, with a capacity of 36 places. Your missions:
- Provide quality support to the children welcomed, ensuring their well-being and safety in accordance with institutional values and current regulations.
- Implement the institution's educational project and collaborate with colleagues and management.
- Foster quality relationships and exchanges with families and external services. Your profile:
You have the ability to develop reflective action on quality issues and to carry out relevant actions deployed responsibly, autonomously, and reliably in your activity. Equipped with a good team spirit, your communication skills and initiative-taking, sociability, flexibility, and stability make you a real asset to the teams. You have excellent adaptability and are flexible with your working hours. You are Swiss or hold a valid residence permit and have a clean criminal record. You have a vehicle and a driving license.
