Tasks

• Management of the Business Unit with full sales, results and budget responsibility
• Development and implementation of the strategy as well as expansion of business in pharma and chemical sectors
• Active support for sales and business development, including maintenance of key accounts and acquisition of new customers
• Responsibility for planning, execution and handover of piping projects
• Ensuring deadlines, costs, quality and safety
• Contract review, risk management and claim management
• Leadership and further development of the organization as well as promotion of a safety and quality culture

Your profile – qualifications and experience

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, plant construction or

comparable

• Several years of leadership and result responsibility in piping construction, ideally in a

regulated environment (pharma/chemical)

• Experience in GMP-regulated industries and in project/contract management
• Sound knowledge in welding technology, material selection and application of relevant standards and norms (e.g. GMP, ISO, ASME, EN)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness and communication skills
• Good language skills in German and English
