Part of this division is the FCS UI team (Finnova Core Banking System User Interface), which stands for stability, quality, security, and efficiency. In our agile Scrum team for the redevelopment of the Finnova Core Banking System, we are looking for committed and creative personalities.

• innovations to build and further develop our expert UI as part of the product team for the needs of our internal and external customers
• the professional leadership as an agile leader (servant) of a Scrum team according to agile principles
• shaping the product vision while adhering to the product roadmap with product management and participating in committees for product development
• collaborating with various stakeholders (internal and external)
• maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize value creation in platform development
• acceptance and ensuring timely delivery of platform increments

• with a completed higher education in business, computer science, or finance or with several years of professional experience and corresponding further training with banking expertise
• your expert knowledge in the technical environment, especially with cloud technologies (UX, Kubernetes, Microservices, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
• your proven knowledge in software engineering projects as well as practical experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework SAFe)
• a solution-oriented way of thinking and working with a high awareness of quality
• your innovative, authentic, and team-oriented personality with pronounced conceptual/analytical skills
• your language skills in German or English at level C1 (native language) and at least B1 in the other language
