The focus of your work is on supporting the Post-Merger Integration (PMI) IT programme. Your new home is our Transformation & Change Initiatives Department, where you contribute your passion for professional project management, your good overview, and your understanding of complex IT projects. Within the framework of Post-Merger Integration, we accompany a variety of demanding and strategically relevant IT projects of different sizes and forms. You can expect varied tasks, exciting challenges, and numerous opportunities to further develop your PMO know-how and actively contribute to the success of the integration. Help us successfully implement our complex Post-Merger Integration IT projects, become part of our five-member Project Office team, and support our programme as a reliable and competent contact person. What you achieve

• You relieve the project and programme managers in all phases of project/programme execution and ensure smooth processes.
• You manage the administrative framework of a project/programme, e.g. invitations, minutes, presentations, maintain action item lists, and assist in structuring.
• You support compliance with project/programme processes and governance requirements.
• You assist with project/programme and portfolio reporting and compile relevant information on progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies in a structured manner.
• You establish PMO standards and develop best practices within the project environment, thereby contributing to a uniform and professional project execution.
