Your tasks
- Person-centered counseling of clients on abstinence from addictive substances, motivation and reflection in individual settings
- Support of clients in practical life areas, e.g. providing help to build an individual daily and weekly structure, creating weekly plans, etc.
- Support in building and maintaining social skills and contacts, e.g. preparing meetings with relatives, promoting interests and inclinations in sports, creative and cultural areas, etc.
- Support in maintaining and promoting health, e.g. support in crisis management, crisis intervention, support during doctor visits
- Participation in community life, e.g. leisure activities
- Individual support of clients in the area of institutions and authorities
- Support in future planning, e.g. in professional or school promotion
- Creation of individual assistance plans and development reports
Your profile
- You have a completed degree in social work, pedagogy or psychology (Bachelor, Diploma or Master) and have experience working with people with addiction disorders (possibly with psychological comorbidity), preferably with additional qualifications
- You flexibly orient yourself to the needs and resources of the clients, integrate these into constructive assistance planning and accompany the entire care process
- You demonstrate creativity, empathy and commitment
- You have a special interest in taking on responsible tasks within a new team and have an appreciative attitude towards the clients
