Polymechanic - Technical Clerk

• Processing of spare parts, service and maintenance orders from the offer, through order processing to the completion of the order
• Competent advice and support of the customer base
• Procurement of spare parts in cooperation with the service manager and service technicians
• Creation of necessary documentation such as test regulations and revision reports, training materials and initial clarifications for conversions and new constructions
• Active maintenance and contact with internal and external customers, partners and organizations
• Logistics and scheduling of all goods within customer service
• Maintenance of order and master data in our ERP system
• Occasional on-call and fault service duties

• Training as a mechanic or automation technician
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering
• Ability to read schematics (electrical, hydraulic) would be an advantage
• Advanced PC skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, database maintenance)
• Very good language skills in German / French or Italian are an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally
