Your area of responsibility and design

You take responsibility for the continuous development of complex products
You independently and proactively maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog
You implement strategic goals into epics, features, and user stories – with a focus on usability and feasibility
In close collaboration with the development team, you clarify requirements and accompany their implementation
Regular exchange with stakeholders and other POs in the Agile Release Train is a matter of course for you
You actively shape PI planning, reviews, and retrospectives
You purposefully integrate customer feedback, business insights, and market needs into product development
You use agile methods to enable focused, cross-team collaboration

What you should bring

A degree in computer science, engineering, or similar
Several years of experience as a PO in an agile environment
Technical understanding (system architecture, APIs, integrations)
Experience with IT system development and operations
Ideally, know-how in telecommunications processes (e.g., OSS/BSS)
Strengths in collaboration – you communicate clearly, even on complex topics
You are empathetic, team-oriented, and can constructively handle differing opinions
Very good German and good English skills
