Job Description
Thanks to the skills and technical knowledge acquired throughout your Bachelor, you provide personalized and comprehensive nursing care under medical delegation to a diverse patient population facing situations of varying complexity. Your rigor, excellent organizational skills, and sense of responsibility allow you to fully commit to your profession. You provide safe and high-quality care in a preventive, curative, and palliative manner.
By nature reactive, with very good stress and priority management, you analyze clinical situations and adapt to the context as well as unforeseen events. Your learning abilities and receptiveness to feedback allow you to continuously improve your professional practice.
Thanks to your team spirit, you work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and also demonstrate autonomy. You participate in the supervision and clinical teaching of new nursing staff and other healthcare personnel.

Qualifications
You have, or are about to obtain, a Bachelor of Science HES in Nursing, class of 2026, and wish to join the nursing teams at HUG ?
We offer a recruitment campaign dedicated to First Employment positions, with the recruitment process as follows :
1. Application : Your application must include your curriculum vitae listing your various internships as well as a letter detailing your motivation to take a First Employment position at HUG. A copy of your diplomas and any work certificates must be added to your application. For those who have already obtained their Bachelor, you can also attach your certificate of success.
The First Employment recruitment process concerns the entire institution. Therefore, positions may open in different care fields and at various Geneva HUG sites. Thus, a geographic mobility and openness to the different care fields of the institution are required. When applying, you answer several questions concerning your availability and preferred care fields. These answers will support the discussion during your interview and will be studied in relation to the institutional needs for nursing staff.
2. Orientation interviews : The interviews will take place with a person from the Talent and Leadership Service in person. They will be held during June 2026.
