• Your tasks:
• You take responsibility for the legally compliant training and supervision of around 65 apprentices in the professions of merchant, retail specialist, logistician, road transport practitioner, and IT specialist.
• You advise and support the trainers at all locations in training and personnel matters.
• You accompany and support the apprentices during their training at all locations and are available to them as a contact person.
• You conduct the annual recruitment in cooperation with the trainers and prepare the apprenticeship contracts.
• You take on the role of trainer for the commercial apprentices EFZ at the Burgdorf location and work closely with the practical trainers of the departments.
• You plan and organize events such as parent evenings, information events, trial days, and graduation events as well as various events within the framework of public relations.
• You manage and are responsible for projects related to vocational training (e.g., implementation of reforms).
• You are the contact person and represent ESA towards vocational training offices, vocational schools, and associations.
• You actively participate in the area of personnel development and in various HR projects.
