To expand our dedicated team, we are looking for a Test Manager (m/f/d).
As a Test Manager, you ensure that our software solutions in the area of income replacement meet the highest quality standards before they are put into productive use. With your structured, analytical way of working, your technical understanding, and your know-how in test management, you contribute decisively to realizing stable and high-performance systems.

What you will achieve
As a central specialist, you take responsibility for test management within the software solutions in the area of income replacement:
- Creation and implementation of test strategies and concepts at system and integration levels
- Planning, coordination, and execution of cross-system tests (e.g., end-to-end, interface tests)
- Ensuring the operational operation of the test infrastructure including tools and test environments
- Provision, support, supervision, and coordination of external test teams
- Analysis and reporting of test results as well as derivation of appropriate measures
- Participation in the continuous improvement of test processes, methods, and tools
- Identification and management of test and project risks
- Close collaboration with product managers, specialist groups, and other internal and external stakeholders
Why you will succeed
For this demanding role, we are looking for experienced, analytical, and committed personalities:
- Completed education in computer science, business informatics, or comparable (HF/FH/Uni)
- Further training in test management (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager, CAS or comparable)
- Experience in test management and with test tools, test automation, and test environment management
- IT knowledge in software development, databases, and container technologies
- Experience with agile approaches, ideally with SAFe®
- Very good German skills, any additional national language is an advantage
