Your Tasks

Responsibility for the smooth operation at the reception as well as the professional leadership and deployment planning of the team

Administrative support and relief of management in organizational matters

Assumption of deputy tasks in operational matters during management absence

Warm welcome and professional care of guests (check-in/check-out)

Monitoring and coordination of reservations for the hotel and restaurant

Management of correspondence, administrative leadership and complaint management

Responsibility for the correct management of the daily cash register and preparation of closings

Strategic maintenance and optimization of online channels (website, OTAs and social media)

Co-supervision and training of apprentices as well as onboarding of new employees

Active participation in the optimization of internal processes and standards
Your Profile

Completed commercial basic training in the hotel industry as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position

Role model with a warm, natural and professional appearance

High social competence, teamwork skills as well as identification with the values of the house and professional reliability

Resilience and the ability to keep an overview and lead the team confidently even in hectic situations

Confident German as well as very good English skills; French skills are a great plus
-
Sound knowledge of hotel software systems (PMS) as well as common MS Office applications
-
Strong guest and solution orientation with a high quality awareness
